"Everyone breathes; do we need to learn how to breathe? Is our breath correct? If it's not correct, both our body and mind will be affected because breath is the bridge between body and mind. After the class, a student, with tears in her eyes, told me that when she was learning to breathe, she felt like crying at that moment. She realized that she hadn't felt the stability of her heart for a long time, and her heart, which had been wandering outside for a long time, finally 'came home'...
Listening to her story of working and starting a business, the grievances, pressures, and verbal bullying she endured deeply plunged her into anxiety, tension, and depression. Yoga postures are not medication; when the body is pain-free, it doesn't mean you are healthy.

The heart is the true master; only by truly understanding your own heart can you empower yourself to move from darkness to light. Only through disciplined yoga practice can you purify and enhance the energy field of the heart."
