Our yoga classroom is equipped with an ample supply of yoga props for students to use, such as wooden blocks, pure cotton blankets, large bolsters, small bolsters, sandbags, yoga belts, yoga wall ropes, yoga chairs, and more.
During the practice, the appropriate props can make our practice more efficient. They are especially helpful for beginners or students with physical limitations, as they can help students ease into postures more comfortably. Some props can also assist in relaxing the body and savoring each practice while being present in the moment.
