A mother brought her child to class; this young boy had previously injured his coccyx, but now he was mostly fine.
I demonstrated and explained the poses to be done, and I guided the child into the posture with a slow and relaxed process, while the other students were lost in thought.
I asked the child, 'What thoughts do you have when entering the posture?

The child said: "Fun."
One student said: "Scared."
Another student said: "Worried about not being able to do it."
"In this very moment, it seems that the students have understood that it is our thoughts and memories that bind our thinking. A yoga class is not about how proficient your poses are but whether you can see every thought that arises within yourself."
"If we observe our lives a bit, we will discover that many of our emotions – anxiety, worry, and fear – often do not stem from the present moment but rather from past memories. This awareness can be applied in daily life and personal growth. After becoming aware, we can choose how to respond – whether to accept or avoid, resist, or let go."
"Thank you, child, for giving the students the best lesson. He is the true teacher in the classroom. Today, outside the classroom on the pebble-covered ground, I saw this beautiful scenery, just like a reminder that we should constantly observe our hearts, allowing them to move from darkness into a world of light."
