The weekend yoga class, through practicing various poses, gradually makes our bodies and minds more flexible, strong, balanced, and coordinated. In a tranquil atmosphere, the combination of breath and movement seems to slow down time, allowing us to hear the peace in our hearts.
After the class, everyone takes out their prepared breakfast. Fresh fruits, sweet corn, nutritious sandwiches, and heartwarming energy miso soup. We all sit together, enjoying the carefully prepared breakfast with joy, nourishing our stomachs.
After breakfast, we have the long-awaited reading session. Through interactive discussions, everyone's mind is nourished, opening a new window for the soul. Continuous reflection and growth in reading make it feel like we have found resonance and support in this small circle.
The activities of this day not only strengthened our bodies and allowed us to enjoy a heartwarming breakfast but also provided spiritual satisfaction through our interactions. Everyone left with a sense of fulfillment and joy, eagerly looking forward to the next gathering.
